Beachmaster Shipping Policy

 

When we ship:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment and tracking details are emailed to the customer.

 

International tax clearance:

Any Import duties, taxes, and fees etc. are not included in our item prices or freight costs.  Orders to some countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. Any such import taxes, customs duties and related fees, etc. must be borne by the recipient. If any such charges are payable you will be contacted by the delivering courier company for payment so your parcel can be released from customs to you. It is common practice for the delivering courier company to charge you a fee for this service.  Customs policies vary widely between countries and are subject to change; you should contact your local customs office for more information.  *

 

Delivery address:

It is your responsibility to provide a correct, secure and deliverable address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. (also see “Forwarding places” below) The phone number provided must also be the recipient's phone number. *

 

Forwarding places:

Do not provide a delivery address of a Forwarding Place, Person or Agent. * 

 

* If an international shipment is refused and/or returned all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
